3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    Unforeseen delays, such as customs processing or force majeure events, may extend delivery times.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will take full responsibility and either send a replacement or issue a refund. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days after discovering the issue. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier service before contacting us.

7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers have the right to a full refund, excluding any additional shipping costs chosen at checkout. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return request, provided the returned items are received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
